Abstract
|
|
|
Chronic renal failure is associated with amenorrhea and impaired fertility, and pregnancy rarely occurs in chronic dialysis. If a uremic patient patient does achieve conception, maternal complications and fetal wastage are high.
We report a case of successful pregnancy and birth inspite of hemodialysis.
